Every part of the body can be filled with Prana, this vital force, and when you are able to do that, you can control the whole body. देह के सारे अंगों को प्राण अर्थात् इस जीवनी-शक्ति द्वारा भरा जा सकता है, और जब तुम इसमें सफल होंगे, तो सम्पूर्ण शरीर तुम्हारे वश में हो जाएगा; देह की समस्त व्याधियाँ, सारे दुःख तुम्हारी इच्छा के अधीन हो जायेंगे । इतना ही नहीं, दूसरे के शरीर पर भी अधिकार जमाने में समर्थ हो जाओगे । (विवेकानंद साहित्य V. 1 pg.65)
