When we see men coming and saying, “This is the only way”, and trying to force it on us in India, we have a word to say; we laugh at them. जब हम मनुष्यों को आकर यह कहते हुए सुनते हैं कि ‘एकमात्र मार्ग केवल यही है’ और जब भारत में हम अपने ऊपर उसे लादने कि कोशिश करते देखते हैं, तब हमें हँसी आ जाती है। क्योंकि ऐसे मनुष्य जो कि अपने भाइयों का, एक दूसरे पथ से ईश्वर की ओर जाते हुए देख, सत्यानाश करना चाहते हैं, उनके लिए प्यार की चर्चा करना वृथा है। (विवेकानंद साहित्य v. 5 pg-30-31)
